Our sizing
Because we only print on preloved and vintage sweats, they are all different sizes. This means we measure every top we print to give it a size. We use pit-to-pit and shoulder-to-hem measurements to get our sizes and these are included in the description of each top (the first measurement pit to pit and second shoulder to hem in inches).
To make sure the top will fit, it’s best to measure one of your tops that fits nicely to get your measurements and then check against ours. We don’t want to waste your time (and money) and ours sending tops out that won’t fit and then you having to return it. We also don’t refund the cost of you returning the top so best to check. Before we send out a top we will send you an email with confirmation of measurements so you can double check it before we despatch.

Sustainability
We try to be as sustainable as possible. Using vintage sweatshirts, eco-friendly inks and even eco-washing powder all makes a difference. We recycle old postcards for tags, use potato sacks and paper tape for packaging then walk your parcels down to our local Post Office.
Terms & Conditions
Once we receive your order and the payment is authorised we will pack up and post it to you using Royal Mail tracked services. We will e-mail you a tracking number for your package.
Returns
UK customers can return unworn tops within 14 days of receipt to our address to exchange/ receive a refund. You need to send them back to us at born again prints, Ruby Shoes Day, 37 Market Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire HX7 6EU. Please send Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for so that you have a tracking number in case you need it. (customers are liable for the loss of returned garments in transit, sorry). If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, a refund will be issued to the customer to the account used for purchase within ten working days of the item(s) being returned. This refund will exclude the costs of returning the garments, which shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping
We use our local Hebden Bridge Post Office /Royal Mail, and you can buy 1-2 tops per postal charge (n/a outside Europe). We will post out your order within 72 hours of receiving it (Mon-Sat) as long as payment has cleared.
UK is sent 2nd class signed for (£6)
Europe is sent Internationally Tracked (£10)
Rest of World is sent Internationally Tracked (£15 plus £5 per item)

We take all debit/credit cards via Stripe. We also accept Apple pay and Paypal. Transactions are made on a secure/encrypted server to ensure all your information is always private and secure.

Our tops are all vintage and we print rad stuff we like slowly, by hand and try to be as sustainable as possible – this is our thing!
The quality of the sweatshirts are great; lots of Fruit of the Loom, Russell Athletic, Hanes, Lee and more – these tough dudes are perfect to be born-again with a hand print! There are bobbles, small marks – that’s vintage for you.
How do I work out my size?
All our tops are vintage so an XL from the 80s is more like a Medium nowadays.
We put two measurements on our tops - pit to pit in inches for width and shoulder seam to hem for length.
Just take a top you love and measure it to find a good match.
Why is there a mark on my top?
Our tops are a mix of used vintage and dead stock. We check them but do expect some wear and tear. Your top might have had a wild ride prior to becoming your new favourite - a pizza stain from Detroit in ‘89?
Our printing is by hand and this also throws up delightful quirks. Please check pictures and do ask us if you have any questions – we are happy to help!
Can I have a top in a different size?
We print by hand on vintage tops which we buy assorted by the ton so there’s no size run by colour – they are all different and unique; just like you sunshine.
How do I keep my top jazzy fresh?
All our prints have been heat sealed then washed so all you need to do is wash them inside out on 30 degrees or higher and if you like things pukka – iron them inside out too.
