As a kid I remember seeing The Salvation Army out and about on parades with their amazing brass bands quite a bit. They always looked so passionate, positive and content. Always very neat. and smart in their uniforms with their caps and bonnets. The energy and joy of the brass band music was so exuberant. The Salvation Army do such amazing work. I love flags and the fact The Salvation Army have a flag with the words Blood and Fire is fantastic. The blood of Christ and the Fire of the Holy Spirit. Blood and Fire was also a great record company based in Manchester that did a fab job reissuing mostly dub reggae from the 1970’s. They released some great records and did it properly.

Hand screen printed on a preloved vintage blackcurrant sweatshirt, with black eco ink.

Measures: 21” pit to pit, 26” shoulder to hem and 31” collar to cuff.
