FC Zambeze Maraudeurs, teal, L/XL 21.5"p2p, 31"s2h

£32.00

Tribute to the Zambian cult team FC Zambeze Maraudeurs. FCZM put Zambian football on the map in the mid 1970s with their attacking free style of play. They were like Keegans NUFC they knew football was a form of entertainment. It was about skill, goals, bravery and winning. They dominated Zambian football from the mid 70s to the early 80s winning four titles. It all went wrong in 1984 when they got relegated and apart from a few seasons back in the top flight they have been a second division side ever since. I love this top from 1978 with the over sized Le Coq badge, the famous FCZM badge and the infamous title sponsor. VIVA FCZM.

Handprinted on a preloved vintage teal T shirt, with black eco ink front and back. This top has a small mark within the badge (see pic) so a little cheaper.

Measures: 21.5” pit to pit and 31” shoulder to hem.
